I guess we're giving away the most prestigiuos award to promises, not actions.

All i'm going to say is this.

President Bush should have gotten a Nobel Piece Prize for being responsible for the 'blowing to pieces' of tons of terrorists. Yes, may sound harsh. But these people are out for our blood.
